I've gotten some great studio furniture at auctions. Russ bought me this amazing fifteen-foot table at a printing company auction. It's topped with oak flooring material so it has long straight lines running the full length, which is handy for laying out long lengths of fabric. I use it for cutting, designing, and working on large drawings.

The table is rectangular—it doesn't really look like a boomerang, but I enjoy making these photo collages. Single photographs seem limited to one point of view, but these collages are composite layers of details assimilated over time.
