I have made autobiographical investigation my primary focus, combined with a taste for assemblage, various printmaking techniques and past life as painter.

The quilt is the perfect vehicle for these interests. It bridges my life as a painter with my study of sculpture while I wallow in the happy cacophony of commercially printed fabrics.

The Quiltart list has provided me with the company of fellow quilters, technical knowledge and resources for everything from photographing my work to where to get sewing machine needles.
